Delete your account

1. Cancel any active plan first (see Cancel a plan). While a plan is active, Eono shows “Active subscription detected” with a link to manage it.
2. Open Wallet and go to the Danger zone.
3. Press Email deletion request. Your mail app opens with a message to [email protected]. Send it from the email you use for Eono.
4. Support deletes the account and confirms by email.

What is deleted and what is kept for accounting is described in the Privacy Policy.

Note

To delete only one agent’s data, use Delete all data on that agent’s page. Your account and chats stay.
