Press Scan my email. The first scan looks back 13 months. You watch its progress in a chat.
CancelMate looks only for receipts, renewal notices and trial notices, in any language. It counts recurring charges: subscriptions, memberships, renewals and trials that turn into paid plans. One-off orders and newsletters are ignored.
After the first scan
Section titled “After the first scan”- Scan new mail checks only mail since the last scan.
- Full rescan goes through everything again.
Read the results
Section titled “Read the results”Each subscription is a card with its price, cycle and next renewal. The dashboard shows totals and flags:
- Trial ends soon
- Price went up
- Possible duplicate (the same service paid twice)
A subscription whose price or interval isn’t stated in the receipt is left out of the totals, and CancelMate says why.
