CancelMate

CancelMate reads the receipts in your mailbox, lists every subscription it finds, and helps you cancel or ask for a refund. It never cancels or sends anything on its own: you decide and you press Send.

CancelMate is a paid add-on with its own plan, separate from your Eono plan.

How it works

1. Connect your mailbox.
2. Scan your email. CancelMate finds subscriptions, renewals and trials.
3. Review the list: totals, upcoming renewals, trials ending, price rises, possible duplicates.
4. Cancel or ask for a refund. CancelMate drafts the email; you send it.
5. CancelMate keeps watching for replies and renewals.

What it keeps

The merchant, plan, price, billing cycle, renewal date, status, cancel link, the date and subject of the latest receipt, the mailbox address and when it was last scanned. It does not keep email bodies or attachments. See Your data.
