Plans and balance
Eono has three plans: Free, Pro and Max. Pro and Max renew every month, every 3 months or every 6 months, depending on what you choose. Max has a much larger limit than Pro and the longest sessions on the strongest models.
The current offers and prices are shown in the app when you choose a plan.
Your balance is a percentage
Section titled “Your balance is a percentage”Every answer uses a share of your plan’s limit. Eono shows what is left as a percentage, never as money:
- The ring on your Wallet shows “N% of plan limit remaining”.
- Each plan shows for example “86% left · renews 1 December”.
- Usage history lists each message’s share, such as “3%”, “<1%” or “Not charged”.

When it runs low
Section titled “When it runs low”- At 10% and again at 3% you see: “N% of your plan’s limit left — top up or upgrade your plan.”
- At 0% you see “Limit reached — upgrade your plan to keep going.” In a chat: “Your balance is too low for this answer. Top up your wallet to continue.”
You can top up or upgrade your plan. Your limit refills when your plan renews.
Agents with their own plan
Section titled “Agents with their own plan”Some agents are paid add-ons with their own subscription, separate from your Eono plan. Their AI use still shows as a percentage of your Eono plan. Each agent’s page says how it is billed: “Included” or “Subscription”.
