Background checks and alerts

While your plan is active, CancelMate checks your connected mailboxes without you asking:

• every 15 minutes while a merchant owes you an answer,
• every hour when a trial ends within 7 days or a renewal is due within 3 days,
• otherwise every 6 hours.

The page shows when it last checked.

Alerts

You get an alert in the app, and a push notification if you allowed them, when:

• a merchant replies,
• a cancellation is confirmed,
• a new receipt arrives,
• a renewal or trial ends within 3 days,
• a price goes up.

CancelMate never sends you alerts by email.
