Connect a mailbox

  1. Open the Agents Marketplace and open CancelMate.
  2. If you haven’t yet, activate its plan.
  3. In Connections, press + Add email.
  4. Sign in with your email provider and allow access. Gmail is supported; other providers may follow.

You can connect up to 5 mailboxes. Each shows its state: Active, Paused, Needs reconnect or Connecting….

Reconnect or disconnect

Section titled “Reconnect or disconnect”
  • Reconnect restores access if your provider asks you to sign in again.
  • Disconnect removes access at once. The subscriptions already found stay until you delete them.

If your CancelMate plan ends, mailbox access pauses.
